Yosemite 1998

Here are some photos from my August 1998 Yosemite visit.  I got some lovely pictures of Mirror Lake, (which lives up to it's name, as usual) and visited Yosemite's "High Country", and took lots of photos of lovely Tuolumne Meadows and Tenaya Lake.  Yosemite was fabulous, and (in my opinion) not terribly crowded for August.  (It was crowded, sure, but not too terrible.)  Of course, I arrived on a Sunday night, so most of the weekend traffic was gone.  (My advice for visiting Yosemite---avoid weekends if you can!)

I also visited Catalina Island, and have a few of those photos on this site as well.
